Beautiful lake and hill country views from the patio in a picturesque setting from this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath lakefront condo at The Island on Lake Travis. This villa can sleep 6 and has a king bed in the master, queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sized inflatable bed for the living room. This property has been fully updated and has 2 HDTVs along with high speed WiFi, full size washer/dryer, and large covered patio with grill. Access to all the Island Resort amenities including indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, restaurant, workout facility, tennis and more.

When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condos come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional "guest" spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.
We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).
Other Amenities Include:
*Coded Lock on Door, so you will not have to keep up with a key.
* Private Marina & Boat Slips available for our guests by separate reservation for a fee. Subject to availability.
*Day Dock & Low Water Boat Ramp.

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo is well appointed and the patio is great. We've been in a number of the units in the complex and this one is one of the best.

This particular condo was decorated nicely and the linens were also new and clean. A deep cleaning is necessary such as the outside of the appliances, the light fixtures and the shower doors. Overall, we enjoyed the condo location and our stay.

Check in process to get into the unit was problematic but when calling with questions, although the office was closed they were quick to respond. Once inside we were pleasantly surprised. The condo had everything we needed. The luxury bathrooms and beautiful kitchen was a joy to be in.
Patio was nice but the couch seating area had fleas.
Master bedroom was warm but we found a box fan and tabletop fan to help move the air in that bedroom. Under the beds ( we discovered when dropping our phone ) was thick with dust. The decor was nice.
We definitely would book again despite those small problems.

Overall this experience was good! The unit was nice and well taken care of, but there were two issues. The first issue we had was with the AC in the master bedroom. It was significantly warmer in that room VS the rest of the unit. We also had an issue with ANTS! We woke up on Friday morning to find them in our bathrooms and living room. I contacted the office (spoke with Melinda), she was very friendly/helpful and she sent maintenance out to spray and check out the AC. On Saturday we woke up to find more ants in the bathrooms and bedrooms. I spoke with the answering service (very friendly lady named Cher) and she said they would send someone out. I then received a follow up call a while later saying someone would be coming out to spray ASAP. I am not sure if anyone ever came out that day, as we still had ants when we returned to the unit later that evening. Due to this I have to give 4 stars!
Very easy booking and check-in process, and the host was very responsive in answering my questions prior to booking! The place is quite spacious and the kitchen was pretty well stocked with pots/pans and other misc kitchen supplies. The refrigerator temp was a bit warm (on coolest temp setting) so we had to use the freezer to chill our beverages! The place looks just like the pictures and we really enjoyed the large outdoor patio. As far as outside the unit, there were a lot of wasp flying around the bushes and corridors, and there were a lot of deer roaming freely around the property (which was nice to see). We also felt very secure, and appreciated that the property was gated! Prior to arriving we were concerned that the location would be too remote, however there were stores and gas stations located within a 15 min drive.
