Villa 3304 is centrally located on the Island property with a perfect location for enjoying the Island amenities and the spectacular views from a top floor corner location. The villa has been remodeled with granite counter tops, tile floors and a warm, inviting decor. This condo has all the amenities you could ask for including WiFi, washer/dryer, HDTVs, DVD player, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and breathtaking views of Lake Travis. The living room also includes a bar area, wine cooler, and a cozy fireplace. The master bedroom boasts a new king bed with patio access and spectacular top floor views. The en suite master bath has a walk-in shower, tub, double vanity, and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a smart HDTV for streaming, and a beautiful courtyard view. The villa also has a second full bath in the hallway with a walk-in shower. Finally there is a fully equipped kitchen and lakefront patio with dining table for entertaining and great family vacations. Come visit and enjoy this wonderful property!

The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake.
There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery!
When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.
We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check-In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).
Other Amenities Include:
*Coded Lock on Door, so you will not have to keep up with a key.
* Private Marina & Boat Slips available for guests to rent.
*Day Dock & Low Water Boat Ramp.

The condo was clean and nice

The only problem we had was that I got stuck in the walkin tub!
Everything else was above average! We had an amazing time.

We enjoyed our 4 nights on the island. I loved that there is access to the lake (near the tennis courts) so we could float for awhile. Hope the water levels come back up soon.

Stayed Memorial Day weekend 2024. The view is amazing. We had to contact house keeping and maintenance during our stay and they were very responsive, respectful and helpful. The unit could use a deep clean. The kitchen is very dirty.
The cabinets are sticky, the fridge has a smell and overall just not cleaned well. The master bed is super uncomfortable even after adjusting the sleep numbers and the shower door is hard to open. Overall not a horrible stay, but level set your expectations. Are paying for the view. Indoor pool was closed and outdoor pool not cleaned well or regularly as far as we could tell.
