About this house rental
Located in the Old Township of Santa Rosa this home is close to everything in Santa Rosa Beach. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Complete all stainless-steel appliances with washer and dryer. Parking for boats trailers. Private access to the bay for kayaking and paddling. The beach is just a few minutes drive.
The property is very secluded and perfect for the guest who wants peace and quiet. The large back deck and fenced yard is the ideal location for relaxing and grilling the perfect steak or fresh gulf seafood.
Cessna Park is two blocks away and offers boat ramps for those that choose to bring a boat. Pontoon boat and kayak rentals also launch from Cessna.
When you arrive from the beach there is an outside shower to clean up and three full bathrooms so you are never waiting to bathe. Equipped with a tankless water heater, you never run out of hot water.
Need something from the shops. Publix supermarket is less than two miles and Walmart is approximately three miles. Don't feel like cooking? The property is in close proximity to restaurants ranging from fast food to fine dining.
Beach accesses are a five minute drive from the property. There are 22 beach accesses in Walton county including world class Grayton and Topsail State Parks.
Want to bring the furry family member? The backyard is completely fenced. Please check with us as we accept pets on a case by case basis and a pet fee applies.

Overall, it was great. We did have some minor issues with the wifi and a broken coffee maker but the host was able to mix the issue the same day. The house was clean, spacious and the yard was perfect for my dog.

I was in the relocation process and needed a place to stay for 20 days. This house was more than perfect!!
It’s pet friendly! Super close to beach and to the shopping mall, quiet neighborhood. There is a small pier that you can walk (less than 10 minutes away) to watch the sunset.
Owners are very attentive.
What you see in the pictures is what you get. Very clean and spacious place.

Quiet area with fenced yard..close enough to good food, beaches, and shopping. Comfy beds and all needed house utensils. Enjoyed our stay

This house had everything my husband and I needed for a week away. It's in a great location in Santa Rosa Beach, less than 10 minute drive to the beach. The shops and restaurants in Grayton Beach are about a 15 minute drive or you can visit Miramar and Destin about 15 to 20 minutes in the other direction. We visited multiple nearby state parks and enjoyed the hiking trails. The hosts were very attentive, greeting us when we arrived and making sure we had everything needed.
