Appartamento Via Filippini

The apartment is located a short walk from the Corso Garibaldi, the main pedestrianized street of the city, from the extremely beautiful Lungomare Falcomata, the waterfront promenade, and the train station Reggio Calabria Lido, where you can take a train to Scilla and Tropea. There is a small supermarket close to the apartment. The apartment consists of two rooms and a beautiful very well-equipped kitchen. The double room where I stayed comes with a private internal bathroom, while the other room has a private external bathroom. My room was very large and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was perfect. It is a great place to stay in Reggio!

The location is good, uphill though. The price was ok

Black mold in the bathroom, everything very old , poor ventilation, the floor was not clean, when you flush a toilet the pipes are making a terrible noise. It explains the price though, so kinda no complaints

Easy access with codes. Late check-in after flight. Room and kitchen were clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. You can cook and make everything you need. Comfortable bed.

Furnitures were pretty old other than that it was ok. And most importantly the doors and door knobs need to be oiled they make a lot of noise especially in late night. Also shower in the bathroom is pretty small.

Camera spaziosa, posizione centrale.

Mancanza di appendiabiti in camera e di una seconda lampada da comodino. Doccia troppo piccola, mancanza di zanzariera in bagno con possibilità di accesso di ospiti indesiderati. Porta a soffietto del bagno, impossibile da chiudere, da sulla cucina dove possono accedere gli altri ospiti. Causa poca privacy e momenti imbarazzanti.
