Wake up to a wonderful, ever changing view over Ambleside village to the Lakeland fells, stroll to the lake shore for a romantic cruise, dine in together or enjoy an evening out, explore the fells or relax at home, Valentine Cottage is a memorable retreat at any time of year.

Private parking for 1 car, right outside Valentine Cottage. Enter through a traditional porch to the spacious open-plan living area with leather furnishings, wood-burning stove, dining and kitchen area fitted with up to date appliances for luxury holiday living along with a good wifi connection. A shower room and a neat utility area is also on the ground floor. Upstairs to the very special romantic bedroom with a modern king size four-poster bed, a 'step-in' couples bath and pretty wooden shutters opening up to the wonderful view. A separate dressing room is provided. Outside, an elevated sitting area with views over Ambleside to the fells provides the perfect place for sunset drinks.

"Great property for a base. All the facilities are there. Quirky layout with 4 poster bed and bath in bedroom. 2pubs a 1 min walk from cottage, one serving good food. 20 min walk to lake.
