This spacious apartment features two generous bedrooms with built-in robes, an open-plan kitchen and living area perfect for entertaining, and an on-site swimming pool. While not a modern build, this cosy space is rich in character and personality.
Designed to comfortably accommodate four, the apartment blends new furnishings with sustainably sourced, upcycled pieces, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The private balcony is a highlight—a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the local vibe.
Through our in-house travel agency, Cozie Travel, our experienced team can assist with booking tours throughout Cairns and Australia or arranging car hire. Whether you need trip planning or just honest advice, we’re here to help.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.

The host was amazingly responsive and helpful, all through the weekend. They were very flexible and informative and the process was super easy. It's a humid climate so we weren't surprised to find a little bit of mould on the bathroom ceiling but the host had the cleaners come the same day and they did a perfect job and cleaned every speck. I was very impressed. So responsive and understanding at all points.

We really enjoyed our stay in the upstairs apartment. The porch was our favourite where we sat in the cool of the early morning and then in the afternoons with warm breezes. The beds were comfortable, as were the living room chairs. Set back from the road, the traffic noise was minimal. Close to the centre of Cairns and with comfortable car trips to Port Douglas, Palm Cove etc. We enjoyed our holiday and will be back.

Property was in private gated area. Had all ammenities needed for our stay. Parking available. Location great for ease of walking or getting quick taxi to CBD. Bit noisy with industrial area over the road but got use to it quickly and building/construction zone at the Park.

Stayed here for the second time in two years. It's well priced and big band for the bucks. Clean close to the city but far enough. Aircon , spacious and lot of light.
