The apartment is located on the top floor. Please note that there are three flights of stairs from the ground floor to the apartment as this building does not have lift access.
Getting Around:
If you're planning to explore Cairns and Far North Queensland, renting a car would be the best way to make the most of your stay. This would allow you to easily visit the amazing locations that the area has to offer!
Cairns Central shopping centre is just a five-minute drive or a 20-minute walk away from your accommodation.
If you want to head to the Cairns CBD, it would take you around 7 minutes by car.
If you're flying in or out of Cairns, the airport is approximately a 15-minute drive away.
The nearest bus stop is located on Mulgrave Rd at Parramatta Park State School, Parramatta Park.

Mid-Stay Cleans
Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays.
For stays longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $99 per service applies.

Pleasant apartment, very well stocked/equipped, well thought through, comfy bed, good location if one prefers not middle of the town, reasonably quiet during the night, over all, good place to stay. Parking was also handy, though it was a bit tight to get in, being the last one against the wall, still manageable. Pools were well maintained, not crowded and pleasant.Minor things, the hot water for the shower comes out so little, one can only describe tricking, one can still have shower with much more time, but no one would consider it good or reasonable. If it was to save hot water, the balance is not there. Also, the curtains do not block the sun very well, not too bad though. Despite of these, overall very good stay. 9.8 out of 10.

In five weeks Australia, we so a lot of rooms and apartments. This apartment, Isabells service and the residential complex were the best. We will come again!

This apartment was perfect for us. It had everything we needed plus the location was great. Isabelle was a pleasure to work with. She had great communication and was quick to respond to our needs. I would definitely stay here again.
