Come take a Trip Around the Sun in this oceanside home with views that you'll be dreaming of long after your vacation ends! Under new ownership, if you're a returning guest, you'll quickly notice the many unique furnishings and comforts that will make your stay exceptional. The lower-level recreation room offers a pool table, a TV and DVD player, a kitchenette, an exercise bike, a sleeper sofa, a twin bedroom, and direct access to the outdoor seasonal pool, plus two private outdoor showers. Up one level, you can soak in the seven-person hot tub while enjoying the company of good friends. Four coastal bedrooms surround a tile foyer on the second level, while the penthouse level boasts two more fabulous bedrooms with breathtaking views from the private balcony and windows.
Every newly decorated bedroom comes with its own TV and a beach-themed private bathroom. Free WiFi is available throughout the home, so you can research your favorite recipes or a new beach adventure any time you like. The expansive kitchen offers the family chef the ability to get creative with that fresh catch while you uncork a bottle of wine from the beverage cooler. Enjoy your culinary creations in the dining area with enough for everyone, surrounded by endless over-size windows that offer a picturesque view of the waves rolling in. Go for a bike ride or play volleyball on the private court, take in the stunning ocean views from the porch swing and outdoor picnic tables. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This house was an absolutely perfect venue for my wife’s 60th Birthday and one that we celebrated with Children, Grandchildren, and Friends. We had plenty of space to gather for dinner or to play games and each room having its bathroom was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dinner, and cooking ware. The appliances were modern and very easy to use. The climate in the house was very comfortable and we were there in July. Absolutely the access to the beach was a hit - a very short walk! The kids loved it with their Pirate Treasure Hunt and we loved it for early fishing and sunning. It was a great jump off point for excursions to Ocracoke, Hattera Point, Buxton, Avon by Jeep as well! It was a perfect place to spend some time, celebrate life, and make some memories! Thanks for the stay! Layton and Teresa Clark

The location was great. It was well stocked, even toilet paper. The bedrooms/baths were smaller then I expected but that was ok because we were either at the beach or pool. Furnishing/bedding/towels are starting to be “well used”. Our only real issue was getting in at 6:00 and having the place poorly cleaned (vacasa resolved the issue) but it was a tough way to begin the vacation.

This is a very nice beach home. It was very spacious with lots of nice amenities. It is just a short walk to the beach, which was relatively uncrowded. Also, it was one of the cleanest houses we have ever stayed at in the Outer Banks, and there have been many. Only complaint is the wi-fi is a little weak.

Great floor plan and great location. House itself is in pretty rough shape. It needs a good cleaning and some one to come in and fix it up. From missing door handles on the screen to broken toilet paper dispensers it, with some better attention to detail and more cleaning it could be a great place to stay.
The check-in process was a bit of a pain because the code sent didn't work. Calling Vacasa customer support was not bad and after being given 3 codes we were able to get in, but was a hassle (and one that we didn't appreciate late at night).
