Nestled against the dune line in Hatteras, this 10-bedroom oceanfront rental with elevator allows for the ultimate OBX vacation! Offering breathtaking ocean views, a private heated pool and hot tub, a home theater room with stadium seating, and a game room featuring both billiard and shuffleboard tables, this home is the perfect property for your Hatteras Island stay.
As an oceanfront home, this vacation rental has incredible beach access to and from the house. Don't forget your pet on your Outer Banks vacation, Aqua Sol is also pet-friendly and the beaches on the island are perfect for daily walks and runs.
Offering KEES' FlexStay program, you're able to choose your own vacation check-in or check-out dates at no additional cost!
If you're looking to get out and explore the barrier islands, this home is well-within driving distance to area attractions like the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum. Take a ferry ride south for a day trip to Ocracoke Island, or head north to explore the tri-villages of Rodanthe, Waves, and Salvo. Spend the mornings kiteboarding or fishing, just make sure to lounge away your afternoons at Aqua Sol!

**Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
**Aqua Sol is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.**
**Special events are welcome at this home! For an additional fee plus tax, you and your party can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum. Please contact KEES for details and arrangements for your special event reservation. Fees vary by property. Please contact Guest Services for more information.**

This home was exactly what I was looking for to gather my friends and family for my birthday. Everyone enjoyed their bedrooms and convenience of the elevator. The views are spectacular! Our only wish was for the ice makers to be working in the kitchen refrigerators.

This property was perfect for a family vacation. We had 14 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of room for everyone.The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty to do in the home and communication was great.Would recommend this place to others.

Home has nice layout and location but needs some work. Ice makers did not work. Stereo broke. Handle to sliding door broke. Dishwasher broke and lights to pool did not work. Also handle to front door broke while there
