Check out this renovated house on the sound side in the Wind Over Waves community. Featuring a pool enclosure with furniture for a premium vacation, you won't forget. You'll find elegant furnishings and top-of-the-line amenities throughout. This grand home features a great view of the sound and is a short walk to the beach, providing you with the best environment to experience the ultimate getaway. The ground floor has plenty of parking, a private pool, and a hot tub. The first level has a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator and a recreation area with a game room with a pool table, an air hockey table, and a foosball table.
Take a deep breath as you make your way to the third level. On this level, you will find a well-appointed kitchen, an executive-style dining set, a breakfast table, a smart TV, and a great room, all carefully and thoughtfully set up to wow everyone in your group.
There are six primary bedrooms plus a pyramid bunk bedroom, all with opulent décor and smart TVs. One en suite bathroom features a jetted tub and a separate shower.

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We had a great time at this beach house! It was spacious, well-equipped, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The home was exactly what we were looking for—perfect for our trip. Highly recommend!

Lived the location of the home. Close to bay and a 8 min. walk to the beach. I would Highly recommend that the hot tub be replaced, also concrete around the pool is crumbling. Perks- plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms- Rec area on bottom level was nice. All in all a good stay.

The house has plenty of rooms/ bathrooms. Pool is very small, and the concrete above pool liner is falling apart, hot tub is very out dated, Jetts barley worked and had issues with the temperature staying "hot". Jacuzzi tub in the master room, jets where water filters through were black, full of scum. Those need flushed! ( we didn not use) Didn't like that they offered only 2 pillows per bed. They had a couple stored in the closets, but looked dirty. * bring your own pillows. Overall, this house is located nicely near bay and beach. I would stay with Vacasa again.

We loved that this house accommodated are large group of 4 families. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. There was plenty of room for parking, pool deck is big, furniture outside was nice. The house had new decking/rails, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer.
