Glide into your best vacation ever at sound-front Jersey Paddler. The ground level has a carport, an under-house entry, storage, showers, a fish-cleaning table, and easy and safe sound access. This home is perfect for windsurfers and kayakers. On the first level, the first bedroom is waterfront with a private bath. The second bedroom is a main bedroom with a semi-private bath and hall access. The third bedroom has a private bath. Each bedroom has a TV. A large den with an entertainment center featuring a 46-inch TV and DVD player provides access to the decks and hot tub.
Upstairs, the Jersey Paddler blossoms into a large great room with exquisite furnishings, a 55-inch LCD HDTV, a Blu-ray player, and surround sound, plus a stereo with a 5-disk CD changer, a half bath, a gas fireplace, and views of the water, sunsets, and nature. The upscale kitchen, with a prep island and a nearby dining area, allows pass-through access to the screened porch with a picnic table for outdoor seating. The waterfront sundeck is the Jersey Paddler's best seat. Sore from a day on the water? Rest in the fourth bedroom with a private bath, a TV, a Jacuzzi, a sauna, and a steam shower. Smooth sailing is guaranteed at Jersey Paddler.
THINGS TO KNOW
Private pools are open for use from the arrival weekends from April 1 to October 13, 2023.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
*The fireplace is available November through March
Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on weather.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Dock details: Boats recommended require no more than a 2' draft. Sound waters can be very shallow.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The homes lay out was great and the location was perfect. Halfway point between Avon and Hatteras was very convenient. The view speaks for itself!

The house was everything and more than we could have expected. Things included in the house most would not even think of. Beautiful views and quiet neighborhood. Woke up early in the mornings and was able to catch our limit of trout and clean them directly under the house. Would stay here again and again. Just breathtaking ❤️

House was very clean, only high traffic areas on rug could understandably use a seasonal deep clean.(we went in mid Aug). House is loaded with everything you need and well maintained. Extras that most houses don’t offer. Kayaks, beach chairs, crab traps, boogie boards.. Everything worked well and was in very good condition. Quiet dead end street with views of sunrise and sunset on the sound. We would definitely recommend and rent this one again.
