Good place in general, comfy beds, has a fridge and kitchen. The staff was friendly, though they didn't provide all the items that are listed on their page ok Booking.com.
There was a bad smell from the toilet, and the staff simply asked us not to use the air vent because it was causing that smell... Instead, they provided an air freshener. Not the best solution but not the worst too :)
As mentioned above, some toiletries were missing (though their page on Booking said they are included) and they didn't provide them.
There was an issue with AC - in the bedroom, AC was installed at the opposite side of the bed and was directly blowing to them, which was very uncomfortable.

Rooms were clean and comfy. Receptionist changed one of our rooms when realizing that the TV was not working. There is plenty of space. Receptionist helped to take our bags all the way to our apartments. Mini shop next to the hotel.
When we arrived, there was nobody at the reception and we had to wait for some 10-15 minutes until somebody came. TV was not working in one of the rooms.

Shops were nearby
Mountain view from the windows
It is not a peaceful remote location
No swimming pool
There were mosquitos and bad odour in kitchen.
