Naszym zdaniem co do obiektu jest super nie daleko morza około 2km pieszo tak 25 minut. Blisko domu jest żabka w po przeciwnej stronie drogi. A ciut dalej jest Lidl. Co do pokoju jest czysty a w tym pokoju ręczniki,pościel,mydełka,tv i Wi-Fi. Łazienka bardzo ładna nie mamy takiej a Pan który pilnuje obiektu jest super. Parking prywatny jest z rezerwacją wcześniej opłata 25 zł. Ogólnie Polecamy ten obiekt. Jak będziemy wracać do Ustki to tylko tam.
Co nas irytowało skrzypiące drzwi żeby innych nie obudzić jak się późno wraca ze spaceru. Polecam obiekt

Czyste i w pełni funkcjonalne pokoje wraz z bardzo uprzejmą obsługą. Miejsce nieco na uboczu miasta, ale jednocześnie bardzo spokojne o każdej porze dnia i nocy. Nieopodal dość często kursują autobusy, choć na dworzec bez problemu można dojść pieszo. Miejsce godne polecenia.
