About this chalet rental
Welcome to Chalet Tourmaline in Bethel, ME. This show-stopping mountain house is brand-new construction and was completed in 2020. Highly attractive and extremely comfortable with all the bells and whistles; this one has a lot to offer.
The property is located across the road from the Bethel Inn Golf Course on Songo Pond Road. With a new trail in the back yard, you will have direct access to Bethel Village Trails and Gould Academy's trail system. Why visit Bethel and drive to a trailhead when you could run or bike right from the house?
Downtown Bethel is located one mile away and this welcoming community offers restaurants, bars, a bakery, and small shops. It's the perfect size to experience small-town charm while casually enjoying a change from your norm.
The house features an expansive deck and a four-bedroom floor plan complete with two master suites.
Upon entering the house, you will find a rustic mudroom with custom cubbies made with live-edge wood. This space is essential in keeping your vacation organized and hassle free while you prepare for a day on the slopes.
The classic great room features soaring ceilings with a river-rock mantle and two-story fireplace. The sprawling space is bright with a wall of windows, patio door, and picture windows along the second story of the vaulted wall. Enjoy each other's company as you gather around the dining table or kitchen island. With a large and comfortable sectional in the living room, there is space for everyone.
Also, on the main level is a half bath for guests and a master suite featuring a tiled shower and double vanities. This suite is furnished with a king-size bed, a dresser, a television, a walk-in closet, and a private bath.
Upstairs there is a second suite which is furnished with another king bed, a dresser, a television, and walk-in closet. It is as equally impressive as the main level master. This level provides an open loft to the great room below which is furnished with two twin beds and a shared end table.
Downstairs in the lower level, you will find two more modest size bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a bonus recreation area for lounging. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a twin, and a closet and the second is furnished with two sets of twin bunk-beds.
The rec-room is arranged with a couch, a large television, and a foosball table. This room has exterior access which opens directly to the covered hot tub and provides a tiled floor area for snowy feet to run inside.
A bonus of your stay at this newly constructed home is that everything is shiny and fresh including the appliances and furniture. Snow removal: All our homes are contracted with various snow removal companies in the area. This includes plow service and snow shoveling for decks and harder to reach areas.
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking.

We loved our stay here! Storage in the mudroom was perfect for ski gear and the house had all the amenities we could need. The host had amazing communication and made our trip so easy! I would definitely stay here again :)

We had SUCH an amazing stay!! We had a group of 11 and had plenty of space, the 4 bathrooms also made a world of difference. The house was so clean, had everything we needed, and in such a perfect location. Can’t wait to book again!

Beautiful property! Group stayed at both 99 and 125 Songo… Plenty of room for all guests and wonderful outdoor space to entertain after our golf rounds… couldn’t be happier with these properties! Will be booking in the future

A group of 12 friends stayed here for a ski weekend. The house has plenty of space and beds for large groups. Hot tub during snow storm was perfect.
