Super clean. Lots of space to spread out, which was especially great for out long weekend because the weather was rainy most days and we stayed indoors for much of the time. And great location. Even though the place is just off Main St. It is very quiet at night. Mini-splits worked well and kept the space comfortable.

The location was perfect. All the restaurants, stores and attractions were no more than a 10 minute walk from the house. The surrounding area was very quiet. A small park with an ocean walk was just a few minutes from the house. The off steet parking was a plus as parking in town is very limited.

We've often stayed at the Bar Harbor Inn for an oceanside view, but that's becoming crazy-expensive. We decided to try a Vacasa via VRBO, and we were very happy here. This has ample space, a well-stocked kitchen, two bathrooms, and a nice sitting area. It's a three-minute walk to the shore path, with some nice benches to sit and enjoy the view. Most everything on the main street in BH is walkable from here. This'll definitely be an option when we return to BH!
