Location, most of the things you need are close by. Swimming pool is clean. Some parking are enclosed. The view from the balcony was also good.
NO HOUSE KEEPING. 😥. We booked for three nights with 3 kids. We had to make their beds daily since there are no cleaners. There was no privacy in the bathroom since it has two doors that comes from each bedroom and you can not lock the door from the bedrooms cause locks were broken. They need to disclose the information of no housekeeping prior.

I liked the pool, the view and how clean the place was . The security guy was very helpful. The kitchen had almost everything that we needed. It's also amazing that you can walk to the beach and restaurants closeby.
There was no house keeping , no WiFi and the channels on the TV were boring. The bathroom had a smell I think they need to deep clean it or have an airfreshner. The reception had no one

I would come back again
No hot water that was the worst
Our apartment flooded twice it was cleaned but damp stinking mats were left in the bath tub
Please invest in non stick pots especially the pan
