Very good deal; it's a 10-minute walk from LRT UN Station. Highly recommended especially for backpackers and minimalists.
It's along a busy street, so it might be a problem especially for light sleepers.

Location and price. Simple place to stay next to the city center (walking distance to everywhere) for a really good price.
Not a real common area to relax. Top bed have no privacy.
