They were very rude, kept mixing me up with another
Person that was staying there that was causing issues. Which in turn made it to where they made my fiancé pay for both our room and the other woman’s. Once they realized that I was not that woman they did apologize but we’re still very rude about it and still no refund for having to pay for two rooms.
How absolutely rude the man was that worked there. I had no other clothes but a bathing suit to wash my clothes and I was not able to because he said I needed to go back to my room and change my clothes.. as if I was not dressed in an appropriate bathing suit.
