It was convenient for the location for the what we need and necessities around us.

We liked that it was close to our business location that we were doing business.

We didn’t like how there was a live cockroach in our room and hand prints on the painting above the bed. There was also stains on the wall and lamp by the bed. The shower head also could not be moved lower, so my wife had to shower very close to the wall.

Easy to locate at a good central location for a fair price in League City.

Easy to check in and out. The King room was spacious. The bed was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of USB sockets to charge devices, the fridge and AC worked well. Room service did a good job with cleaning. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

Only real negative was the cockroaches though I was told by my girlfriend, whom I was visiting, they manage to get in everywhere.

The rooms are clean. There redoing all the rooms. The staff are very quiet and don't say much. Glad they found my husband's phone and put it up after calling his son. We picked it up after we got back in port 18 days later.

Location

The outside could use some love (looks nothing like the listing picture), and the inside is a bit dated, the room (119) was very clean looking but I ended up with a row of bed bug bites. Very clean bathroom.

Easy to access on and off of Interstate with a Cracker Barrel a short walk away. Nice comfy room and surprisingly quite since the Interstate is close by.

The staff tried to be helpful.

The rooms. We had to be transferred to another room because of the smell of musk and mildew. We went to another room and the tv and phone did not work. There were cockroaches on the first floor. The feeling of dirtiness was hard to shake off. The hotel has 3 floors with no elevator. We had to carry our belongings to our room.

It is close to the UTMB/MD Anderson campus.

It literally stunk. Our room smelled like cigarettes and the hallway smelled like body odor. The bed was hard. This place has been rode hard and put up wet too many times.

Poor quality

Location was very convenient to I45. The beds were comfortable.

They were no elevator. Our room smelled like smoke being a non smoking room and the room window was open when we arrived. Small Roaches on the nightstand in between the bed. Front desk calling my wife asking when are we arriving. We made reservations around 8pm he called us around 9 930 asking us. Shouldn't matter what time we were arriving . We had Reservations paid in full already.
