Não fica bem claro no início da reserva que é necessário fazer um depósito de €200 numa conta corrente que não é do booking (o que é bem estranho), senão a reserva é cancelada. Há uma mensagem, bastante oculta, afirmando que o montante (€200) seria devolvido após o fim da estadia. No entanto recebi apenas €143, devido a diversas taxas não totalmente discriminadas. Acho que tudo isso deveria ficar mais claro no início da reserva. Os hospedes precisam ser alertados com clareza.

The flat is nice, clean and comfortable. The communication was smooth before, during and after our stay.

The location is convenient to explore Lisbon but a bit dodgy. Same vibe as Raval in Barcelona or Stalingrad in Paris. We did not feel in danger but it's sad to see people taking drugs etc. Regarding the flat itself, you hear a bit the neighbors upstairs walking but nothing too bad, overall it was silent and we slept well.

centrally located in old town but you should be aware it is uphill. we liked the apartment, it has wooden floor and shutters

it was a bit loud but not critical. The pan was not good, it is very small and old, was difficult to make omelet for two persons.
