The location from the Shella jetty is very convenient even for people with mobility-related problems.
The view of the ocean from the balcony ia spectacular amd close.
The common sitting areas outside every floor are convenient for group activities.
The common rooms outside each floor gets a bit dusty since there are construction activities going on in neighbouring buildings. Understandable though.

Location is amazing.
Terrace was nice and breezy.
Staff were friendly
Beds rock hard and so much noise at night. Sleeping hard.
Rooms have sand and mosquitoes everywhere.
Outer door doesnt lock.
Staff often not around/ no system in place
Breakfast pretty bad.
