Really friendly and helpful staff. Hotel well located in old town and with charming swahili style layout of rooms clustered round a central courtyard. Rooms airy and clean.
Lack of hot water system for showers. Lots of stairs to climb meant great views but would be a problem for people with poor mobility, though there are some rooms at ground level.

All of the staff are so friendly and made us feel right at home! The location is perfect and the balconys are lovely with amazing views. The pool is like a little oasis. We would love to come back, thank you Jannat House for our perfect stay :)

The pool is refreshing, the staff very nice and attentive, and the room we had, with a beautiful and big terrace / balcony was fantastic. Breakfast was also good, and Caroline was of great support always.
