Reception desk issued swipe card and gave good instructions. Location and value for money good. Unexpected outdoor pool and gym available.
Hot water in both the bathroom and kitchen didn’t work. Some cleaning equipment would have been useful, a dustpan and brush or hoover etc. there was no kettle available. Charge for replacing towels if needed.
