Appartement bien situé, propre, très calme. Literie confortable, et logement bien équipé.
Quelques soucis toutefois : sdb minimaliste, pas assez de rangement pas de rideau ni de pare douche dans la baignoire, pas de tapis de bain...
Il manque quelques ustensiles de base dans la cuisine, Le mobilier est désuet, (canapé hors d'âge et affaissé...)
