Angie House is new, exceptionally clean, and very close to Plitvice Lakes National Park. It is a basic setting best suited for travellers who just need a simple place to wash and sleep. The bed is quite firm, though this is compensated for by an abundance of high-quality pillows. Please note that the shower head is handheld, so you’ll need to hold it while washing. I recommend eating before you arrive and bringing your own tea bags for the in-room kettle. That being said, the owner lives on-site, so it’s possible that further amenities or assistance are available simply by asking—I just didn’t happen to do so during my stay.
