The magnificent view and position of the property. Great layout of property.
Blind in front room broken. Lack of insect screens on all windows - some missing. Only one bathroom. Challenging driveway.

An unbeatable view!
The apartment has everything you need. Great heating. Great kitchen and laundry facilities.
The cleanliness was an issue.
One of the beds wasn’t made up at all (no sheets or pillowcases)
There are no pillow protectors.
The 3rd bedroom wasn’t made up at all either. Drawers were open with half folded linen shoved into them.
The frypans desperately need replacing and some of the cups and plates were still dirty.
There was hair and dust still around the place and in general, wear and tear is showing.
Doors get stuck on opening/closing.
In general, it wouldn’t take much to fix these issues so it was disappointing that these were overlooked.

The views were amazing, beach at the bottom of the garden is beautiful and easy access into town the walks around Freycinet National Park
The first bedroom had a very uncomfortable bed and no bedside lamp, plus there was little floor space for our luggage. The bathroom with laundry, toilet and shower all together proved to be difficult for 2 couples. Perhaps hanging some mirrors in the bedrooms would help and there is a need for flyscreens on the bedroom doors leading outside.
