The Lookout is centrally located in Coles Bay and has views of the famous Hazards mountain range through the treetops & stunning ocean views.
This elevated spacious two storey house is perfect for families, friends or couples, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas. This property has a great sheltered BBQ area and an expansive upper deck with views. The backyard is fully fenced.
Comfortably furnished throughout and fully self-contained, the kitchen is well equipped for any family feasts.
Curl up in front of the ambience of the fireplace in winter.
The Lookout is close to many attractions and just a short stroll to the beach. Also a short walk to the café, shop, tavern and wineglass bay cruises jetty.
The Lookout has four bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, the second room has a double bed, with a single on top, the third bedroom has a double bed and the fourth bedroom has four singles beds (2 x bunks).
Please advise if you require a cot or high chair.
There is plenty of parking.
The Lookout has plenty of room to park your boat, also in & out access so you don’t need to reverse or manoeuvre your boat.
There is a boat ramp only a 2-minute drive away.
This is a pet-friendly property.

We were very happy with the location of the property and as it had a fenced in backyard, very pet friendly.
The layout of the house is great for a large family group but the interior is definitely very tired and some of the furniture could definitely be replaced with clean more serviceable items.
The septic system obviously struggles as there was an unpleasant odour wafting around regularly.
On a positive note, good quality bedding and towels.
