About this house rental

Cooking will be a joy in the spectacular chef’s kitchen with a centre island and high-end appliances plus there’s feature pendant lighting, a window backsplash and a butler’s pantry.
All four bedrooms are generous in size and beautifully appointed along with the three bathrooms including the master ensuite with a double vanity and a freestanding soaking tub.
The incredible list of must-have features is extensive and includes ceiling fans, skylights, plantation shutters, manicured landscaping and ample vehicle parking. Cafes and shops are all within easy reach along with picture-perfect beaches, parks and walking trails. One small pet maybe available on request .
Please note: There is a granny flat permanently rented out the back that uses the side entrance of the home. At times you may see our neighbour due to the dual use of this pathway.
