The property in amenities are perfect. The rental needs a little bit of maintenance. The smoke detector needs a battery need more towels and the guest bed double is missing a plastic piece under the leg so it sleeps crooked

We enjoyed staying at this condo in St Augustine...nice balcony with ocean view. Nice big tv to watch...only thing needs more comfy chairs...otherwise great stay.

Overall we had a wonderful time. I would stay in this community again just not in this particular unit. Pros: If you are purely interested in location this condo is perfectly located. Clear ocean view from the balcony and close to a pool. Very close to a drive on beach access entrance and the walk on beach access was also really close. They offered free use of loungers and umbrellas while on the beach so no need to lug your stuff if you’re walking on. Great access to a lot of restaurants and the entrance gate is manned 24/7 so extremely safe. Everyone was friendly and very nice and the community overall is very quiet, clean and relaxed. Cons: That said, we were very disappointed with the overall state of the condo. Though they did their best, it’s old and dated. Wall peeling, Appliances are on their way out, television in the guest bedroom did not work, refrigerator would spontaneously leak, dishwasher door was misaligned. Carpets had stains which had us questioning the cleanliness. Furniture was not the most comfortable-which normally we wouldn’t care about but this trip the weather kept us indoors more than usual and so we had ample opportunity to test it out.
