About this apartment rental
Great ocean & pool views with southern exposure. Morning coffee on the patio while looking at the ocean. Steps from the beach. Beautiful sunrises and moonrises right from the patio. Remodeled in January 2020.
You can see the pool, hot tub and grilling area from the balcony/patio of the condo. Very convenient and easy access to the beach. There is also another indoor/outdoor pool (heated) and hot tub at the clubhouse which you have access to. Access to all property amenities, including beach rentals, bike rentals, ping pong table, shuffleboard, basketball court and pickleball court.

Wish the outdoor pool near our condo would have been heated too. It was too cold for anyone to use. We were very comfortable in our condo. It had a beautiful view. It was not exactly what we expected from the online listing.

Good spot to stay for a week and enjoy St. Augustine. Guest bathroom light was out, but we notified maintenance and they were there early the next morning to replace the light. Overall a good visit.

Property does a good job of serving its purpose for us:Launchpad close to nice poolLaunchpad close to beachLaunchpad close to St Augustine properOnly drawback was the slim supplies provided for the stay. Items like paper towels, etc. Minor inconvenience, but it would have been nice, as out-of-towners, to have a "here's what is supplied" list. Maybe there was and we missed it, but it resulted in successive trips to the store.We hope to visit again!
