How clean and friendly all staff were room was excellent and spacious very quiet bed was so comfortable

Excellent location — everything is within walking distance and very close to all major attractions. The location is very convenient, including easy access to the bus station. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was perfectly clean, and the overall service was outstanding. It truly felt like a five-star hotel experience.

Very convenient location and central. Beds super comfortable and a great sized room. Value for money was great but disappointed with many things. The night shift guy however was very friendly and felt safe.
Cleaners speaking very loudly outside of rooms so soundproofing wasn’t great. I was there for work and one day I had to work from the room and had construction in the room above me which was incredibly loud. On arrival the receptionists put me in the wrong room initially and barely spoke English (or Maltese). Mould in the bathroom ceiling and clear leakage in the room which I am surprised they didn’t do anything about.
