The holiday home is situated in a rural residential area close to the town of Nerja. From the house you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. The detached house was built in 1999 and last renovated in 2014. It has 120 m² of living space on a plot of approximately 700 m² and can accommodate up to six people.
The private and fully fenced garden of the holiday home has a private swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) and a covered terrace (25 m²) with garden furniture and barbecue. There are also three parking spaces available on the property.
The accommodation has three spacious bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m) and the other two with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 1.90 m). There is air conditioning (hot/cold) in all three bedrooms and in the living room/kitchen. The two bathrooms of the holiday home are each equipped with washbasin and toilet. One of them also has a bathtub with shower and the other one has a large shower with glass partition and window.
