The apartment was really nice and clean, spacious, with a nice view on the forest. It had everything we needed, including plenty of supplies (something that is not always the case in rentals) and a kitchen well enough appointed to make most of our meals. We were comfortable there and really enjoyed it. It felt very safe (fob-entry everywhere) and was quiet. It really felt like a home.
The host was friendly and responsive, and met us to explain everything about the apartment.
The location in Wesbrook Village made it easy to access outstanding trails within Pacific Spirit Park and had a grocery store within walking distance. It is a new neighbourhood with lots of pathways and water features, easy to walk around.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Stay at UBC!
We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this apartment in the heart of UBC. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, creating a comfortable and relaxing living environment. Transportation is very convenient, and there are restaurants and save-on-food nearby, making daily life easy.
What truly made this stay special was the landlady — she is incredibly warm, kind, and always ready to help. Her thoughtful assistance made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. This was more than just a place to stay; it felt like a home. We would love to come back again!
Everything is satisfying for all of us! The place is fantastic!
