The staff and overall facility was great
They need to get the second elevator fixed , with only one elevator working at times you wait for a bit longer than you like to

Front desk lady was awesome. Nice location
The internet kept getting disconnected, I was on a business show . I finally had to go on the show with my cell phone, avoiding their internet.
Coffee maker did not work. Any premium tv channels wanted my personal sign on…I don’t remember them…regular tv had nothing…so I just did online shows.
I also thought I requested a handicap room..I could hardly get off the low toilet. No bars around to help me. I couldn’t take a shower as I couldn’t get into it.
