Since I did not sleep well, I can’t say that this was a good night.

The room was clean.

The water in the shower was way too hot and could not be adjusted. The noise from the heater was loud. The room was very modern and not very cozy. The parking lot was icy.

Nice and clean, but a little uncomfortable

The facility was clean. The hallways were clean. The room was very clean and well maintained.

My only issue with the room was that the bed was very uncomfortable.It felt like I was sleeping on a three inch thick mattress on plywood. I did not report it to management. By the time I was getting into bed, I had a few drinks, and it wasn't worth the effort.

Thought for the price of the hotel room, the breakfast should have been included so I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel and chose to go to a restaurant instead

The employee who I tried to check in with stated this as per she said that when she does her inventory after midnight if you check in after it is considered as no show and basically cancels your reservation which I think was ridiculous because this is the only establishment that I heard it from and also said will charge me full price for it when I didn’t cancel it and I showed up so this place need to get there things in line
