Very quiet and calm location. A short please walk from Porte Banus of approx 20 min. Gated safe community, very nice for families.
At this price level you’d expect a vacuum cleaner available in the apartment, there was not. Upon request it was promised, but not delivered during our one week stay. For a family easy ways of cleaning is a must. Bring your own knifes for cooking, the ones in the apartment were useless. Upstairs bathroom had an unpleasant smell which made it pretty much unusable for our stay.

superbe maison bien décorée avec 2 belle terrasses, une literie très confortable et une cuisine bien équipée.
superbe quartier paisible et tranquille, un supermarché à proximité et a quelque minutes à voiture de Puerto Banus et aussi faisable à pied .
une communication très fluide avec l'hôte. le le recommande vivement.

The property was spacious and clean. Had two terraces. Furniture was comfortable. The location was great 1 minute from a grocery store. 10 minutes drive to Puerto Banús.
The property had one AC unit only for the whole duplex house. This made the AC ventilation in the upper floor which is the master bedroom, very weak, and was very cold in the lower floor. This was not practical at all.

Mercadona was close, and the accommodation was nice.
When we were looking for the accommodation it shows us it was by the beach and ijn the email was also the adress by the beach but the final adres of the accommondation was at another side of Marbella. I was in hurry because of the meetings and i did not make it because of that.
