Peace and quiet
The road is troublesome, just an example for the entrance of basement parking. Once you drive up the hill, they can actually allow car to directly turn to access but no. You will need to drive more up to u-turn to go down again.

This is my 3rd times staying there.good value for money.very comfortable with the rooms. Staffs was very friendly and good customer services.
I just request to arrange for baggage locker,it's easy for customer to come early and keep our luggage the at lobby. So we can go to theme park and come back there for check-in at 3pm.

Everything looks new and clean. Would have given a 10 if not for some minor issues as in the next column
1. Master bedroom basin clogged. Water not draining out smoothly. 2. Hair dryers in the bathrooms not working. Still ok since the one in the room is in working condition. 3. No utensils in the kitchen.....Plates, bowls and cutleries. Please provide these items since in some occasions we buy take away food and would like to eat in the apartment.

Location is superb. We really enjoy the colf weather. Room was clean and comfy. View was superb, although we did not get our high floor unit.
no internet. We specifically booked a room with wifi. Despite multiple communication with the customer care, issue was not resolved until we left. We felt cheated and Im especially disappointed as I have some work to be done . No free parking. We have to pay for the parking. A bit misleading as well as we also picked room with parking.
