“SeaGlass” is a lovely ground level 3 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex style with private pool Holmes Beach vacation rental home suited for up to 6 vacationers. Plenty of space for everyone, this rental home has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, a Twin over Full Bunk, a Twin bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Spacious, but not too big, “SeaGlass” is sophistication without pretention. This vacation destination is great for family gatherings or even a holiday with friends in a beautiful paradise setting.
In the manicured backyard relax poolside in the patio furnishings while you sunbathe, read a good book, or reminisce with friends. Premium linen service will make your stay just a touch more luxurious. With a heated pool you can swim at “SeaGlass” no matter what time of year you visit! The Kitchen and dining area are perfectly equipped to serve the entire crew! The dining room table seats all six, and the dishwasher makes meal time a little easier.
Located in a convenient spot, getting to the beach from “SeaGlass” is a breeze. Head west a short walk down 51st St, take a slight left when you get to the end and then your beach access is there through the seagrapes and beach grasses where you’ll find seven miles of powder sand gulf beaches.
When you are finally ready to explore the island leave your car parked in the driveway and hop on the free trolley! The closest Trolley stop is just around the corner from this great home, and is the best form of stress free sightseeing. Take the southbound Trolley to the center of Holmes Beach where you’ll find great shopping and dining!

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

Beautiful home in the perfect location. Super clean with an amazing outdoor and pool area. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a canopy and pool toys available for use were super convenient.

We could not say enough good things about our stay! We arrived very late, and because it was a keyless entry, we had no problem at all getting in! The house was very clean. And the beds could not have been more comfortable! When we woke up to the sunlight, we were met with a gorgeous backyard pool. There was a shed that had beach toys, chairs, a cooler and a wagon which made lugging our stuff to the beach, a breeze! The walk to the beach was under three minutes, so it was easy for us to go back and forth! We had so much fun, and cannot wait to book our next stay!

The property was immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and bed linen and plenty of soft towels. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. The property accommodates 6 but there was at least double this number of plates, glasses etc available. The pool is beautiful and a great temperature. The garden is very well equipped with a choice of seating. We would highly recommend this property to anyone but especially families. I should also say that the property management company were very helpful and friendly. All in all a winner!
