The location was great. The apartment is in a complex with large garden. It was very quiet at night. Good take aways and restaurant nearby. Walk to tube was easy. The kids loved the goose and ducks on the way to tube. Overall felt really safe. Apartment was comfortable and for a few nights all was good.
Deposit request outside booking.com wasn’t clearly mentioned in property info and caused some stress. There wasn’t much communication until the day before which made it more stressful. However, it was all sorted out in the end.

We loved our stay, everything was very comfortable and clean, the host was very kind to us and all his staff.

The house is in an area that has a lot of greenery, a lagoon with some geese that we were simply enchanted. Very clean and comfortable house, with a spacious living room. We love it.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

The location and safe secure car park with key fob
The property suffered with damp in the bathroom. The place had a lot of ants One of the bed was broken Kitchen facilities, very limited dirty microwave The sofa was unusable for a family of five could only sit one person on each sofa.
