When they were supposed to return the money they promised, they stopped communicating, with me and with Booking.com, unr

They gave false information! Do not book! I lost money!

Garden? There is none! Beach? It is not accessible and there is no private beach! Breakfast and special menu? There is none, they don't cook! You book a deluxe room with a view of the pool, mountains, beach and garden and you look into the trash cans!

very far from canggu (25 min away), the construction is right over the wall so every morning at 8am you’ll hear the sounds of drill and hammer, on of the guys was always knocking my door and asking for cleaning even he knew I’m sleeping this time, there is no “don’t disturb” tag here

The best, comfiest, quietest place you'll find in the area!

The place is in a really beautiful location. It's so quiet, which is hard to come by in this area—no construction, no traffic, and still just a short drive from nice cafés, restaurants, gyms and whatever else you need. It's also directly next to the ocean, and the hosts are the kindest and most helpful people! I stayed for several weeks in total and would come back anytime!

* difficult to communicate with stuff members in case there are some issues, don’t understand English well * would be nice to have kitchen for the guests staying not random people like owner’s friends and people just passing by * didn’t have a nice sleep both nights during my stay. first night an other guest was smoking and talking to his friend (not staying in the property) after midnight in front of my room. the guard was sleeping on the sofa in the kitchen and didn’t care. second night I couldn’t sleep as the pillow was too big and uncomfortable

I'd probably come back

The pool is clean, the staff are always on hand and friendly. I felt secure and felt my belongings were secure. Surrounded by rice fields. Some construction in the neighborhood but could not hear any noise. The location is nice with a short walk to the beach and a short scooter ride to some quality coffee and food.

The AC filter was moldy and I had to clean it. The walls need repair, they are flaking off in multiple places which is unsightly. The doors are glass so I can hear the attendant outside coughing early in the morning waking me up.

PERFECT PLACE!

This place is amazing the pool, the kitchen, the room, bathroom. So clean, new Room is very big, with a beautiful shower, tv, clean floor and bed sheets. air con, everything was perfect! It’s literally on the beach (which is not one of the best one but it’s okay) Overall is one of the best places I’ve stayed, super chill, relaxing, and the staff is super friendly and kind ❤️

Big room, better for long stay than short stay

It has a very spacious room and is located in a more quite area which is not touristy yet. Nice pool and a living room idea in the front.

I booked the room pretty last minute. When I arrived there was no staff there (around 19:00). Luckily I knew people in the building next door, but it took two hours for staff to arrive and hand over the key.

If you want to eat or you want a coffee, walk at least 15 minutes in the dust. Or order by Grab. The beach is in principle close, practically there is a construction site between the hotel and the beach.

This posting is very misleading.

The price and the view from the roof top.

There was no room service, no front desk ,no facilities on the property what so ever . No bottled water. Each room did not come with a balconey offering sea view or its own kitchenette , no slippers. And the lights in the room did not work. Did not see the hot springs or the fitness room anywhere on the property. This posting is very misleading.

We would not recommend this place, was awful

The bed was really big and comfortable. Clean rooms.

They say they have breakfast available but it is not true. We had an issue with that and the staff didn't even listen to us as they don't speak fluent English, he called the manager who was more than rude, not even letting us talk. All that by phone cause the manager never appeared on the place. We ask the money back for the next days and he denied so we left anyways the next day. They also say having room service which is completely false. The room was clean but no clean towels available, the TV was not working and there is no hot water, after 1min it's over. We complained but as the staff doesn't speak in English there was nothing we could do. Internet is neither working, all the guests were complaining about the same but they didn't care that much. The location is pretty bad, in the middle of nowhere, far from the beach and a bumpy path to access. The conclusion is I would definitely not recommend this place.

A little gem, a little out of the main hustle and bustle of Canggu. Delightful spot! Clean, fabulous pool. Quiet. A short scooter ride to all you need. Highly recommend if you're looking for something off the slightly beaten track. Staff were great!

It is relatively new so looks alright although some things (like lamp in room) was already broken. The staff at the property (when they are there) are friendly.

It’s supposed to be close to the sea but it’s hard to reach it through building work. The manager is just in it for the money. When we arrived we had to wait for 39 minutes for someone to arrive to check us in. I got no apology. When I asked for a few hours late check out I had to pay!

Good place to stay, scooter rental worked very smooth and also everything was more or less clean and staff helpful.

Unfortunately room didnt match the pictures, which was fine in the end. Sheets have been washed but were still a little dirty.
