THE perfect place to stay when visiting Juno Beach and other historical D-Day sites

I would rate Les Granges Pelloquin higher than 10 if I could. Everything was perfect! The quiet location along the edge of town with a very unique history of its own; the huge house with a fireplace in the two-story great room and garden just outside; the fabulous French breakfast; and last but not least - a great host. Marie-Caroline was very helpful and provided links to area attractions and suggestions for other sites to visit during our very short time in Bernières-sur-Mer. We will definitely return and plan to spend a bit more time in the area. An absolute gem!

Excellent Place to Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. You have half of an entire house to relax in. The area is peaceful and quiet. The facilities have garden grounds to explore, and the town is a short walk away. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They informed us about a concert at their local church which was very enjoyable to attend. The breakfast was a traditional French breakfast which was very good. They gave us so much bread we took a loaf with us to eat during the day. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was amazing. The breakfast produce was as good as you’d get in in a 5 star hotel. The hosts couldn’t do enough to ensure that our stay was as good as it could be.
