Nice flat but with a few issues

The parking was excellent. It was very easy to find and felt totally safe. The spaces were very large and the car was visible from the flat. Spacious, clean flat in perfect location. Plenty of coat hangers in the wardrobes.

The wardrobes were in a poor state of repair. It was difficult to slide the doors to the extent that not all of the wardrobe space was accessible. This wasn't a major problem but is the sort of thing the host should mention.. There was a manual espresso machine but no instructions. We just about worked out how to use it with trial and error. The instructions for sorting and disposing of rubbish were both contradictory and confusing. We are familiar and quite happy with the mandatory process of sorting of rubbish in Wales but it was just made more complicated (eg referring to different bin liners and only two actual bins provided in the flat). One set of instructions asked that we take the rubbish downstairs to the bin store but this was locked and as far as I could tell we had no key so I brought it all back up again and followed the "alternative instructions" which directed us to leave the rubbish in the flat! The kitchen tap was coming away from the worktop. We emailed the host about all of the above while we were there but received no response.

Great overall, but slighty disappointed with the cleanliness of the floors.

Unfortunately the floors in the kitchen/lounge weren't as clean as expected. We had to get the broom out on arrival as it was dirty and need cleaning because we were travelling with our 2 year old who was playing with toys on the floor.

Overall it was a great stay at a great location and the apartment was very spacious. Having a welcome pack for guests on arrival is a very nice touch.
