Massimiliano foi muito atencioso e gentil, permitindo que pudéssemos fazer o check-in antecipadamente. Forneceu várias opções de restaurantes e passeios. Procurou saber por mais de uma vez, se tudo estava bem.

The apartment was less than 10 minutes to the train station in one direction and the major areas of the centro città in the other direction. Perfect location. Neighborhood was quiet.- The apartment was well-equipped, perfect for a couple. No stairs!

the owner was always ready to help and to give recommendations. the room is spacious. in the historic center, and 5 minutes to the train station. has clothes washing and drying machine.
the room has some humidity situation, that leaves a bad smell when it is closed. the air conditioning was not working but the owner replaced it with a portable one before we arrived. it was good but there was a need to keep the window open and we had to keep flushing the water from abucket. bed sheets not in the greatest condition. no detergent for the washing machine. the pressure from the shower is very low.
