Location and it had everything you needed.

This very comfortable small house has everything you need to self cater and catch up on laundry. It is very clean and immaculately maintained. It is located very close to the main restaurant and shopping strip Via Guieseppe Libertini. One of the connecting lanes pops you out at Flow Bar and Bistrot which serves the best breakfast. Note that the fastidious host Raffaele only speaks Italian. If you speak another language, a strong recommendation is to establish contact a few days before using WhatsApp which translates. The Booking.Com messaging works too but if you are waiting to get into the accommodation there can be a delayed host response which is problematic as you must meet Raffaele to enter. We found the parking lot just off Viale Dell’Universita was the most convenient.

Difficult key access. There are locked two half gates to be opened before unlocking the door. Great security but a bit tedious. Not sure about the talking gas alarm that verbally welcomes you every time you enter the house!

The apartment was beautifully appointed- kitchen well stocked with condiments and pots etc. Our little courtyard was delightful. The area was quite and was close to bars and restaurants. Our host Raphael met us at the apartment and was extremely helpful with anything we needed and on call if needed. He offered to drive us to the station on checkout if needed.
