Brand new apartments are located in the heart of the old “borgo” of Scaglieri, where you can still breathe the charm of the most authentic Elba and where you can admire breathtaking sunsets. The apartments overlook the sea and are just a few steps away from the suggestive sandy beaches of Biodola, Scaglieri and Forno. Scaglieri offers the best services for a relaxing holiday by the sea: beach service, bars, restaurants and a market equipped for small needs.
Lia Patio, elegant two-room apartment on the ground floor of the house (about 40 sqm) tastefully furnished to ensure maximum comfort. It has a double bedroom, a bright living room with a double sofa bed and an equipped kitchenette. The living room leads to a large equipped patio with sea view. Bathroom with shower. Air conditioning, flat screen TV, safe, washing machine, electric oven, induction hob, WI-FI, discounted parking space. Pets are allowed on request for a fee.
