You will be halfway between the Costa Bianca of Portoferraio and the Costa Verde, a place characterized by a long tradition of fishermen and farmers, where traces of viticulture remain in the numerous terraces and the Tonnara dell'Enfola where the Tonnarotti were an integral part of the community. There are numerous beaches and coves on this stretch of coast, characterized by a unique variety of genre, from white pebbles, dark sand mixed with gravel and dark pebbles. An idyllic location for trekking lovers, from here the Costa Verde path starts in the direction of Biodola, which continues with the Salute paths in the direction of Procchio. The road along the coast with slight ups and downs is perfect for cyclists, both racing and electric.

Arranged entirely on one floor, the land, completely fenced with a view of the Gulf of Portoferraio in the background, offers an independent entrance and large outdoor spaces with a covered corner with garden table and chairs for 2 people. The living area consists of a kitchen with oven, gas hob and sofa with TV corner; large and bright quadruple bedroom (double bed plus bunk bed); bathroom with shower and washing machine.
