About this apartment rental
The perfect location, across the street from Eagle Lodge! This unit is located in phase 1 of the Summit in the Grand building, which is a short walk across from Eagle Lodge. Nicely furnished one bedroom, one bath condominium sleeps up to 4 people, and allows 1 dog. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need during your stay. Living area offers a 55' TV, Blu-Ray player, sleeper sofa, internet access and wood burning stove. The master bedroom has a king bed and there is an additional sleeper sofa off the dining area. (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL) The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool (seasonal), sauna, tennis court, weight room, and underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9"). Located on the green shuttle route. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. This unit is non-smoking and allows 1 dog. Our calendar is updated in real time. We had a great stay with our lab. Wonderful location for resort access and using the hot tub. Underground parking is a beautiful thing. Clean and comfortable unit with everything working great. Except the deadbolt, that was a little problematic but with some finesse I got it to work.Comfortable bed and clean bathroom.

Loved our stay here! Just steps from Eagle Lodge. Unit was as described and the host was awesome and communication was great! Can't wait to stay here again next season!

Condo was clean but needs work. There are other one bedroom units that are in much better shape. Mammoth Reservations is very accommodating. I like the Summit because you can just walk to the lift.
