The perfect location with a great view, heated pool, recreation/gathering space, shuffle board, on site laundry, friendly staff and neighbors, and most importantly for our family…clean!! It had all that we needed with thoughtful details to make our stay enjoyable! Thank you!

The Tropic Terrace property is very well maintained and has a beautiful view of the Gulf. The courtyard was very peaceful are the heated pool was new and an excellent shape. The unit we stayed in however had a couple deficiencies and certainly needed to be updated. For example, the two TVs were very old and did not allow you to use any of the latest apps like Netflix or prime video. They also did not let you cast your phone onto the screen as they were very antiquated in addition it was very difficult to sit on the sofa since the cushions kept sliding off making it extremely uncomfortable. The unit is very dated and the bathroom needs maintenance and had a fair amount of mold. The kitchen was well stocked and was very functional. The bedroom was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Our understanding is that the first floor units are all updated since they all had to be redone after the last hurricane. However, this was a second floor unit and it's evident that it has not been updated quite a long time.
