Welcome to Paradise! This charming, beautifully renovated, and impeccably maintained waterfront 2BR/2BA second-floor condo is located in Pointe Capri on Treasure Island—just two blocks from the white sands of Treasure Island Beach. Spend your days relaxing by the shared resort-style heated pool, fishing right off the community dock, or enjoying waterfront dining on the patio overlooking the canal.

1 Due to owner allergies, we are unable to accommodate cats or dogs.
2 This second-floor condo is accessible by one flight of stairs only (no elevator).

This second-story condo comfortably accommodates up to five guests.
The primary suite features a king-size bed, a 43” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a 39” TV. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.
A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space for one guest.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Enjoy the 6-foot-deep resort-style pool (heated during the cool season) located right along the canal. The beautifully maintained Pointe Capri grounds also feature waterside gas grills, picnic tables, and a fishing dock—perfect for cookouts and relaxing evenings by the water.
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, beach gear (including beach chairs, umbrella and a beach cart), board games, and access to a on-site laundry facility (pay per use; credit cards or laundry app accepted)) are all included for your convenience.
GUEST ACCESS & PARKING
One assigned parking space is provided in the complex lot (details shared upon booking). Additional unassigned parking may be available along the side of the building on a first-come, first-served basis.

Walk just two blocks to the beautiful white-sand beaches, or stroll along Gulf Boulevard where you’ll find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and a nearby supermarket. Rent jet skis and explore the Gulf for a fun-filled day on the water.
Visit John’s Pass Village, a charming turn-of-the-century fishing village offering waterfront dining, unique shops, and entertainment for all ages—Pinellas County’s top tourist attraction.
Spend an afternoon at Sunken Gardens (10 miles away), one of the country’s oldest roadside attractions, featuring lush gardens, wildlife exhibits, and a butterfly aviary.

Very happy with condo, size great, very clean , good location, quiet .Love how it was decorated, very relaxing, everything you needed.Saw a dolphin and a ray swimming while drinking coffee relaxing inside Florida room area in the cool , view was lovely. Pool was perfect ,too., ( a little cleaning on upper tiles around pool should be done normal maintenance). The four on review was from the fold out couch could not be used needs a better mattress. The queen bed is very firm, perfect for some guests. Does have one flight stairs ,no crowds of tourists. Pool to ourselves while there.Thank you for sharing it with us for great memories

Everything was great except the beds. They are super hard to sleep on. It wouldn’t hurt to buy some mattress foam tops for them off amazon. Other than the beds, it was an amazing experience. We would love to stay there again but only if the bed situation changes. Thanks

The unit was a lovely condo that my family thoroughly enjoyed. It had everything we needed and more. The pool was the perfect temperature, we saw dolphins and manatee in the canal, as well as great blue heron, egret, and pelicans. I brought a stand up paddle board so the location was perfect. We had short daily walks to the beach, nightly walks for ice cream, and thanks to the well appointed game collection, may games of Yahtzee and Clue. If you’re beach lovers like us, you won’t have to bring a thing. They had chairs, an umbrella, coolers, sand toys, and even supplied beach towels. This place is a terrific value and I’d recommend it to anyone!

The unit was nice and very well appointed. Great beach supplies - chairs, umbrella, and cart. We cooked frequently and never felt in need for any cooking / dining supplies. Common areas were well maintained and heated pool was fantastic! Host was responsive to and quickly resolved one small issue we had with internet one morning.
