The proprietor - Dorian - was fabulous. Very prompt with communication, helpful and friendly. He made a hair appointment for us, and was a fountain of information about the area and Romania in general.
The room was comfortable with a great bed and lots of room to spread out. The apartment is well located. It’s quiet but an easy walk to coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants.
There really wasn’t anything in the way of a kitchen. A small fridge would have been welcome, and a kettle to boil water for tea would be great.

Never seen this room.
The rate is not for the room but for the host.
He overbooked (maybe a Booking.com's error) so when we arrived we hadn't a room to stay but he was honest and paid for another place for us.

Buona soluzione per fare una sosta durante un on the road in Transilvania tra Sibiu e Cluj-Napoca, posizione vicina all'uscita dell'autostrada, in una via tranquilla in cui è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente. La stanza ha un ingresso in comune con un altro ospite in cui c'è la macchina del caffè e cialde di caffè in omaggio. Nelle vicinanze c'è un supermercato, al piano terra c'è una piccola pizzeria ma noi la abbiamo trovata chiusa. Ottima comunicazione con l'host.
Al primo impatto il palazzo sembra un po' decadente, con una scala di metallo esterna per raggiungere l'appartamento, ma all'interno la stanza è ristrutturata ed abbastanza pulita. Adatta ad una notte di riposo.

Von Preis war das Zimmer sehr gut. Und die Lage war sehr gut. Unter dem Zimmer war auch direkt eine Pizzeria.
Es war sehr laut von außen her, wenn die Autos sehr schnell vorbei gefahren sind.
Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gestunken.
Das WC wahr sehr dreckig. Viel Schimmel. Da müsste man nochmal etwas nacharbeiten.
